Covid-19 Precautions

Due to the pandemic we accept a maximum of 3 people in our office/meeting space for coaching appointments.
All surfaces are disinfected before and after each meeting. You will be asked to disinfect your hands and possibly to wear a mask, depending on the actual sanitary regulations.
We will open doors and windows regularly (once per hour for 5 to 10 minutes, depending on the weather outside)
The room is comfortably heated – not more, not less.


We know that our clients are the experts in their field. But even experts sometimes need specialized sparring partners to ask the right questions, with the required experience and a professional distance.
During an intense cooperation process, we combine your experience with our marketing skills as well as our knowledge of the creative and tech industries. We conjointly develop specific solutions and tools with a lasting effect. An exceptional mix of coaching and traditional consulting. Short: CoachSulting.

Being aware of the individuality of every one of our clients, we decidetogether on the most effective rhythm and measures in regard to their goals and capacities.

  • Logistics: 
Coaching is not only made out of the coaching sessions, which usually take place every 2 weeks in our office or per skype for our international clients. Coaching is an entire process where both parties have to commit on a long term.
  • Choice of the coach: This is why the choice of a coach is so important. We encourage our clients to see 1 or 2 other coaches before making up their mind and commit to a coaching process with us.


We want to see our customers fly at the end of the coaching-process, which is why we give them a run for their money! We require, guide, support, and we track what exactly has been realized and what can be further optimized. We set clear deadlines. We disagree where necessary. We do not rest until our clients have concretized a differentiated and clear strategy. 
Which is still not the end of it! We follow the development of our clients in the long run. For their success is our best reference!

What you can expect from us

1. Confidentiality: everything our clients tell us stays between us. We have a lot to do with innovative business models and creative ideas, and we know how precious they are.

2. Consistency: We plan regularly scheduled meetings and calls which we thoroughly prepare.

  • unlimited contact and answers by email, with response within 48 hours
  • additional short phone sessions, as needed
  • feedback, from business plan to press material or online presence
  • a blog platform where we relate about successes of our clients, set links to your online content including articles, podcasts and videos
  • individual newsletters with up to date information concerning your business area
  • regular networking events where clients can meet, share ideas and gain precious partnerships. It is all about contacts and synergies.

Your commitment

Coaching can only be really efficient if clients commit to it. Here is what we expect from you when you decide to work with us:

Meaning: you should actually do your homework. We guide you in doing the job, but in the end, you are the one actually doing it – and making it happen.

Tenacity. You should stick to the appointments. We plan regular coaching sessions together, find a rhythm that fits to your working dynamic.

If you cancel a session or even several sessions, the coaching process stretches out on months and won’t be as efficient as planned to be. For this reason, cancelled sessions within 48h / 2 workdays before the actual appointment will be invoiced, whatever the reason is (illness,  job, etc)




Admin and conditions

Our services are generally invoiced on an 8-hour working day basis. Flat-rate offers and singular invoiced hours are also possible in specific cases.
 The achieved work, including coaching sessions, preparation, and follow-up, are summarized at the end of each month and invoiced. Invoices are sent per mail. Services such as blog posts, individual newsletters, and networking are included in the price.

Due date for payment is 2 weeks after the issuing of the invoice, arrears fee will be applicable past this delay. Aided coaching processes are submitted to specific general conditions depending on the sponsorship which can differ from our own conditions.

A canceled session within 48h/2 workdays before the actual appointment will be systematically invoiced, whatever the reason (illness, job, etc).
